Privacy policy

Only what you type into our enquiry form: your renewal timing, a short description of your business or property, the cover types you select, plus your name, mobile number, email address and postcode. We also record your consent (the exact wording shown to you and its version), the date and time of your enquiry, and which page you submitted it from.

We share your enquiry details with one carefully selected insurance intermediary authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Each enquiry is shared with one firm only. That firm will use the information to contact you about your insurance enquiry and becomes an independent data controller for the information it receives. We do not sell your details to lead lists or call centres.

To run the service, we may use providers for:

• Website hosting and infrastructure.
• Supabase database storage.
• Transactional email delivery.
• CRM and lead delivery.
• Advertising measurement, including Meta, only after you accept optional advertising cookies.

Consent. You give it by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — withdrawal doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew.

We keep enquiry records for 24 months so we can evidence your consent and handle any queries or complaints, then delete them.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it (the right to erasure), object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email us and we’ll action it within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Advertising technology such as the Meta Pixel is loaded only after the visitor accepts advertising cookies. Choosing “Essential only” prevents it from loading. Everything else we use is limited to what’s needed to run the site.
